At shopIronons.com, we want you to be completely satisfied.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, shopIronons.com will accept returns within 10 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

* You may return the Unused  Item (including all instructions and accessories that accompanied it) for refund.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


* If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment.


* We are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item and make a separate purchase for a replacement.


*shopIronons.com, reserves the right to charge a min.30% restocking fee for the processing of a returned non custom product.

 

All returns must be preauthorized by a member of the Customer Service Team.

Also, all returns must be labeled with an appropriate RMA number.Packages sent without an RMA # may be refused or returned to you at your cost.

By submitting an RMA Request, you confirm all terms in this Return Policy.

 

Buyers are required to return the item(s) in the condition it arrived and are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If your refund request is approved, shopIronons.com will email you an RMA number.

 

 "Non Custom" product:
Defined as: Standard offering that can be brought back and resold to other customers.

"Custom" products are not covered under this policy.
Defined as: A unique product produced for a specific customer that cannot be sold to other customers.

Digital files - all sales are final unless due to our error.
 

Vinyl Iron on Transfers, "Dark/Light" and "Gitter Dark/Light" iron on transfers - all sales are final unless due to our error.
